I don’t know how long we can stay like this, this could be temporary and also imaginary like forever.
I don’t like the word “forever” because it sounds cliché to me.
I would say, until we cannot be together. That sounds promising to me.
I won’t say a promise that I cannot guarantee to be fullfilled because life is such a mistery for me until now.
I would say this words work for me:

I’m not really good at explaining something from someone’s quotes, at least I’m trying here.
I hope my chapter two will finish soon. So, I can move on to Chapter 3 and so on.
